Radon Inspection

Mold Inspection

Buying a home is a big investment.  Did you know that our area has the highest potential for elevated radon levels?  If not mitigated, radon can cause health issues such as lung cancer.  Mold in the house can lead to serious health issues, property damage, and requires prompt identification and remediation to prevent further complications.  Mold exposure can severely effect those with allergies, asthma, or weakened immune systems.  With our Peace of Mind Bundle not only will you be protecting your investment, but you will also be protecting your health with our radon and mold inspections.

Guided Walkthrough

Since this is your first home, I recommend getting the First Time Buyers Bundle.  It includes a thermal scan, which can uncover hidden issues.  The radon testing is included and that checks for invisible odorless gas that can be very harmful.  Plus, there is a homeowner 101 walkthrough where I’ll take you through the home and show you things like the water shut-off, where to find the HVAC filter and how to change it,  basic things to watch for, and I’ll give you some maintenance tips you can rely on after you move in.  This bundle gives you a clear road map so that nothing catches you off guard later down the road.
